IMI Hotel & Spa

The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.

The spa in the hotel is alright. More like a jacuzzi type of setting. The rooms were clean, brand new decoration, good elevator. Not easy to park nearby, they have an agreement with a car park nearby for extra charge. Good location 2min away from the restaurants and bars in the historic center of the city as well as touristy areas. Not a bad place to stay.

The room/bathroom was perfectly clean and they had a great attention to the details. The location of the hotel couldn't be better.

Staff were really helpful, rooms spacious and very clean with comfy beds. Only five minutes walk from the old city, with lots of great places to eat and drink. The hotel spa is lovely - we were the only btwo people using it, so it was very relaxing. Its also easy to access the spa trail, although only Outariz is open at present. Will definitely be back, very relaxing break. Thanks

- the hotel is very new - our room was spacious and air conditioning worked very well (a must in August!) - the personnel was helpful - the location is great for exploring the city center
